When you book, you must pay a deposit as part payment towards the cost of your holiday. This will amount to 25% of the tariff. The balance of monies due is payable 60 days before the holiday start date.

For bookings made within 4 weeks of your holiday start date, the FULL amount is due for payment when you make your booking.
 
The submission of the completed booking signifies that a legally binding contract has been entered into and shall be treated as a confirmed booking. A telephone agreement shall be treated as a provisional booking and will only be confirmed on receipt of a deposit within 7 days. Failure to submit a deposit within this period could result in the booking being assigned to another party.

Changes by you :  Please note once a booking has been confirmed, should you require to cancel the booking you will forfeit your deposit and we would advise you to take out insurance covering you against any losses in the event of you having to cancel for any unforseen circumstance.

 

Lighting, Heating, Bed Linen, Towels  and some toilet paper are included. However, please ensure you bring your own washing-powder and prepare to top up with any of the above items along with your own essentials that you will require for during your stay. 

Terms are based on a 7 day period unless otherwise arranged (normally Sat to Sat) for the self catering property. Please do not occupy your property prior to, or vacate it later than the times stated other than by arrangement. The usual time of take over is 5pm with a departure not later than 10.30am.
 
The property to be kept reasonably clean and left with washing up completed and all rubbish removed and deposited in wheely bins provided at the front of the house.  Tigh a Chaolais is a no smoking property.

You are responsible for any damage or loss sustained during your stay and will be invoiced accordingly.
 
Management to be allowed to carry out any necessary repairs or maintenance that may be required.
 
Property may only be used for holiday accommodation and occupancy levels not to exceed 6 persons unless prior authorisation is granted.
 
Please do not permit anything nor undertake any action that may invalidate the insurance on the property or its contents. 

Your vehicle and its contents are left entirely at your risk. We will not be held responsible for any damage in any circumstances whatever. Parking is available.

We cannot accept liability for any damage, injury, death or loss of any nature whatsoever suffered by any persons from any cause other than in the case of the owners proven negligence.

Internet users agree NOT to use the internet to access unacceptable sites or hack into unauthorised areas. 

DOGS (Pet friendly for dogs only)

Dogs are permitted by prior arrangement only at an extra charge of £3.00 per day (per pet) with a maximum of 2 pets.  We do not accept puppies. Dogs must be kept on a leash when outdoors or on the croft and under no circumstances must it be allowed to worry sheep especially during times of lambing. Pets are not permitted in the bedrooms, upstairs in the cottage or on the furniture at any time and must not be left alone in the property. There is a kennel available for your use. Owners must clean up any dog waste from the grounds of the house and any extra cleaning in house caused by animals would be chargeable. Dog owners must ensure that their dogs are free from parasites & fleas before they occupy the property failure to do so will incur subsequent charges.  CATS are NOT permitted at the property.
